COMMAND_REJECTED_KIND

The registry row’s kind, bound to the CLOSED generated vocabulary.

ErrorKind is open (| (string & {})), so a typo compared against it still typechecks. MspErrorDataKind is the closed registry vocabulary, so this annotation makes a misspelling fail tsc.
