Follows one retained log file byte-exactly from a line-boundary cursor (ADR 58371 D4-D6).

Parameters

after	PhysicalCursor	Experimental	required	Where delivery starts; required ({0, 1} is the file’s start).
chunkBytes	integer	Experimental	optional	An upper bound on one chunk’s raw UTF-8 bytes (default 1 MiB); at least 4, the widest character.
sessionId	string	Experimental	required	The session whose file is followed: a root or a child session.
