Imports foreign skills from the host’s own claude | codex dirs through the single SkillsService::import_skills seam; answers per-skill installed/quarantined/skipped/failed plus counts. commandId-idempotent (including dryRun previews); each successful write is a skill/changed detection point.

Parameters

Type: SkillImportParams

skill/import params: import foreign skills through the single SkillsService::import_skills seam.

Field	Type	Stability	Presence	Description
commandId	string		required	The idempotency handle (UUIDv7) — required even for dryRun previews.
dryRun	boolean		optional	Preview for the consent UI; writes nothing. Additive-optional, default false.
force	boolean		optional	Re-import over already-imported ids (the CLI --force twin). Additive-optional, default false.
sessionId	string		required	The target session.
source	SkillImportSource		required	The foreign ecosystem to import from.
