host/shutdown
Experimental
Stops the host: long-running, drains every loaded session with today’s abort semantics (ADR 73975 D2, B1) and exits when drained. The reply means only “shutdown accepted” (the wire layer writes it before the drain); the caller waits for serve exit (EOF) for drain completion before powering down. Served only when GateId::PendingParkOnShutdown is OPEN; otherwise the verb is absent.
Parameters
Section titled “Parameters”Type: HostShutdownParams
host/shutdown params (ADR 73975 D2, B1): the empty object. B1 carries
no choice — shutdown drains with today’s abort semantics. B2 adds the
park choice here as one optional member (absent keeps abort), so a B1
client sending {} keeps working against a B2 host.
This definition declares no fields in the committed bundle.
