the per-session model endpoint transport override, mirroring the tbh-config EndpointTransportConfig fields under MSP camelCase wire names (base_url -> baseUrl, http_headers -> httpHeaders, and so on; the mTLS path fields travel as strings, paths being a host concern). Every field is optional; all absent is the default transport. Resolution against managed egress policy is a later slice.
