A loaded session’s durable event log took a degraded write (today: the disk was full): pushed to the session’s live connections when the degraded record commits and restated to a client whose session/resume serves item history; outside the view stream, no viewCursor (ADR 72648 D1).

Parameters

session/eventLogDegraded params (ADR 72648 D1, experimental): a loaded session’s durable event log took a degraded write, so a record may be missing from it. Outside the view stream, like session/viewHealthChanged: no viewCursor and no sourceRange, so it never takes a view position. Pushed to the session’s live connections when the degraded record commits, and restated to a client whose session/resume serves item history.
