session/requestDrive result: granted moved the drive to the caller (or the caller already held it) and stopped nothing — no turn ran, or another connection’s turn runs or its input waits and now runs on under the caller; busy left everything as it was — the caller’s own turn runs or its input waits, the live holder is idle and its queue cannot be read, or the live holder is not quiet and has not opted into experimentalApi, so it could not hear that it lost the drive; nothing is parked, and the caller asks again later (after turn/completed when a turn runs; a runtime that cannot report its queue promises none). An unloaded session is the typed resume-first refusal, not a result.
