The rewind availability summary (D7): a flat object, not a tagged union (the PendingRequestPointer precedent — v1 names no object-variant union). Producer obligation: reason is present exactly when state is unavailable; the session/rewindRead serve layer (T-50280-078) refuses a mispaired summary as invalidParams.
