HostShutdownResult
Experimental
host/shutdown result (ADR 73975 D2, B1): the empty object. The reply
itself is the acknowledgement: the wire layer writes it during task
settlement, before the wind-down finalizer runs the drain, so
receipt means only “shutdown accepted”. Drained is signaled by the
finalizer’s session/closed frames, then EOF and serve exit; the
caller waits for exit before powering down. B2 adds parked-prompt
counts here.
