computerUseSettings/read

Reads the computer-use Settings: each capability’s Always allow switch and the user’s blocked apps from the approval policy store, plus the built-in blocks as locked rows when asked; computerUseUnavailable while the CUA gate is off (ADR 630 D18.17).

Parameters

computerUseSettings/read params.

installed	boolean		optional	Also answer installedApps, for an app picker. Omitted means false.
showBuiltIns	boolean		optional	Also list the built-in blocks as locked rows (the D18.8 toggle). Omitted means false.
