Projects the effective MCP server set: without sessionId the host-global rows (settings + plugin), with sessionId that loaded session’s effective set (host rows plus its frozen ADR-32760 additions); every row carries its D5 ladder state.

Parameters

Type: McpServerListParams

mcpServer/list params (ADR D5): without sessionId, the host-global set; with it, that loaded session’s effective set (host rows plus its frozen ADR-32760 additions).
