How a permission profile took effect. Open. Transliterates the native PermissionTransitionCauseV1 (agent-session-permissions snapshot_digest) cause-for-cause; the wire never adds a cause the native enum lacks. Only the UserCommand-kind causes (livePicker, resumeCli) and the ManagedRefresh causes are reachable on the change event post-epoch-one; the Initialization causes are enumerated for fidelity but ride only the epoch-one/derivation facts this event does not fold.
