Lists the loaded session’s background-task inventory: one row per stoppable workload at admission, ordered oldest-start first.

Parameters

Type: TaskListParams

task/list params: the session whose background-task inventory to read. A read-only query in the skill/list mold: no commandId, no durable record, no view event.
