Picks one feature-tip table id over the client-supplied candidates; display-only, nothing is logged (ADR 50063 D1).

Parameters

Type: SessionPromptHintParams

session/promptHint params (ADR 50063 D1): the session plus the client-filtered candidate table. A read-only query in the model/list mold: no commandId, no durable record, no view event — the display-only side call over the wire. Experimental: the stable bundle strips this until the surface stabilizes (in-v1 row 346).
