Add a marketplace from owner/repo, git URL, file:// URL, or local path (per-session, commandId-idempotent; answers the stored record).

Parameters

Type: PluginMarketplaceAddParams

plugin/marketplaceAdd params. Per-session params plus a client-generated commandId (UUIDv7).

name	string		required	The marketplace name to configure.
sessionId	string		required	The target session.
