How a turn ended, from a waiter’s point of view. turn/retracted, turn/retryScheduled, turn/modelRetryScheduled, and turn/foregroundCompleted are deliberately absent: a retracted turn still reaches its own terminal, and a scheduled retry, a scheduled backoff, or a foreground notice is explicitly non-terminal.
