session/reportStartupPhases span (ADR 50064 pick-1 D1): one StartupPhasesRecord phase row in camelCase. The host ignores unknown members and fails closed (invalidParams) on an unknown phase or provenance value; a colorProvenance on any other phase is stripped. The host maps each row onto the record’s snake_case spelling at append. Experimental: the stable bundle strips this until the surface stabilizes (in-v1 row 348).
