Reads the host’s three macOS grants with no prompt: starts the computer-use helper only long enough to check them, reports each as granted or missing, and ends it; never requests a grant or opens System Settings. Needs computerUseHostSetup; commandRejected runtime_busy while a setup attempt holds the host.
