plugin/install

Install one plugin from a marketplace pair or a host local path with scope (per-session, commandId-idempotent, hold-open; answers the installed receipt).

Parameters

Type: PluginInstallParams

plugin/install params. Per-session params plus a client-generated commandId (UUIDv7) with the uniform idempotency contract.

sessionId	string		required	The target session; its workspace resolves project scope.
target	PluginInstallTarget		required	Exactly one install target arm.
